At Made4Melody, every song is a custom creation based on the personal story and details provided by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of this service, the following refund policy applies.
Custom Song Orders
All Made4Melody products are custom-made digital creations. Once work has begun on a custom song, orders are non-refundable.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your story details or song request, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes before production begins.
Revisions
Our goal is for you to love your custom song. If a small adjustment is needed after delivery, we may offer one minor revision when possible.
Delivery
All songs and videos are delivered digitally to the email address provided during checkout.
Exceptional Circumstances
If there is a technical issue or the final product cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate solution.
